Davis Family Office, Ltd. expands to western New Providence with its largest project to date - Ivory Plaza at Carmichael Road West.
Nassau, The Bahamas (08 January 2024) Davis Family Office, Ltd. (‘DFO’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to announce the formal launch of its latest real estate development project⏤Ivory Plaza at Carmichael Road West. This development, which will deliver approximately 23,000 square feet of commercial rental space upon completion, represents the Company’s largest to date and will establish its first footprint in western New Providence.
To be located at the intersection of Carmichael and Plainfield Roads, north of Mount Tabor Gardens, the complex will be positioned to benefit from the growing traffic volume and increased population density anticipated for the surrounding area. It also serves to bolster commercial activity on the western wing of Carmichael Road and provide residents with easier access to essential goods and services.
This development will add to the portfolio of assets held under the Company’s signature ‘Ivory Plaza’ brand, joining existing installments at Joe Farrington, Robinson and Yamacraw Hill Roads.

The project will proceed under a two-phased process with Phase I, set for completion in Fall 2024, already underway. Under Phase I, the Company will develop an initial 16,400 square feet which will house a full-service grocery store, a restaurant hub offering drive-through, walk-up and dine-in services and various other retail and service businesses. The remainder of the complex will be developed in Phase II, which is currently in the planning stage and will be announced in the near future.
