Davis Family Office Launches Latest Project: A Commercial Complex in Yamacraw

Davis Family Office, Ltd. launches its latest commercial development project - Ivory Plaza at Yamacraw Hill Road - due for completion in April 2023.

Nassau, The Bahamas (23 January 2023) Davis Family Office, Ltd. (‘DFO’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to announce the launch of its latest real estate development project, a commercial plaza in eastern New Providence. The proposed Ivory Plaza at Yamacraw Hill Road will feature a mix of retail, office and dining spaces offering a broad array of products and services.

“We are excited to bring this development to market,” said Thavon T. Davis, the Company’s President and CEO. “Southeastern New Providence is a rapidly growing area with sparse commercial offerings and we believe this project will provide much-needed services and amenities to the community while also allowing businesses and entrepreneurs to access an untapped market and underserved customer base.”

The 5,775 square feet building will be located on the northern side of Yamacraw Hill Road, east of Saint Andrew’s International School, and across from Solomon’s Yamacraw. This prime location would position prospective tenants to target locals, second-home residents and visitors in the neighboring communities of Winton, Yamacraw and Seabreeze as well as those in the exclusive communities of Palm Cay, Treasure Cove and Port New Providence.

This development will expand the Company’s noted ‘Ivory Plaza’ brand, becoming the third of its name. It is set to join existing installments at Joe Farrington and Robinson Roads.

Boasting ten customizable units, flexible in size between 525 and 2,625 square feet, it is structured to accommodate a diversity of businesses whose principals may configure their spaces to best suit their operational needs and design preferences.

Expected to be completed in April 2023, the spaces are already 40% reserved via inbound inquiries.
