Davis Family Office, Ltd.'s largest development to date, Ivory Plaza at Carmichael Road West, achieves substantial completion with 85% occupancy.
Nassau, The Bahamas (01 July 2025) Davis Family Office, Ltd. (‘DFO’ or ‘the Company’) is pleased to announce the substantial completion of Phase I of Ivory Plaza at Carmichael Road West, the largest development ever undertaken by the Company and its principals. This milestone reflects a significant achievement in the project’s progression and in DFO’s continued expansion in the Bahamian commercial real estate sector.
Following revisions to the project plan, Phase I now comprises 18,300 square feet of premium commercial rental space, situated at the high-traffic intersection of Carmichael and Plainfield Roads. The project was executed in collaboration with Davis Heavy Metal, the Company’s in-house development affiliate, whose expertise ensured a high standard of construction and delivery.
The development has already reached 85% occupancy, with a diverse lineup of confirmed tenants, including Tropical Gyros, Paradise Games, Bella Beauty and Shoprite Supermarket, an affiliate of Phoenix and ABBA Supermarkets. The complex also houses a variety of newly established businesses offering a wide range of goods and services—from a medical clinic, pharmacy and beauty salon to a dry cleaner, clothing retailer and specialty restaurant.

Ivory Plaza at Carmichael Road West is the fourth installment of the Company’s signature Ivory Plaza brand, joining existing locations on Joe Farrington, Robinson and Yamacraw Hill Roads.
The development features prominent street frontage, expansive on-site parking and flexible unit layouts designed to support a range of retail, food and beverage and service-based uses.
